Home Physiotherapy Pricing at Bidaya Center

For most families the first question is "how much will it cost?" We answer it in a way that respects your time: a quote based on the patient's real situation, clear from the start, with no surprises later. This page explains exactly how we arrive at that quote and what you will know before confirming any appointment.

Quick answer: Bidaya Center does not use a single published price for home physiotherapy. Each family receives a quote based on the case: the condition, your area in Kuwait, the appropriate session length, the expected number of sessions and any preference for a male or female therapist. Before you confirm, we explain what the session includes, its length, the available options and how rescheduling works — and you can ask anything without obligation. To request a quote, send the condition and area on WhatsApp or call 98938009.

How the home visit works

1. A short message about the case
Condition, age, area and any report.
2. A clear quote for your situation
Length, content, options and rescheduling.
3. Confirm when you're comfortable
Then the assessment visit and the plan begin.

Why we don't publish one number

Because a "physio session" with us isn't one product. A visit to an office worker with neck pain from long hours at a desk is completely different from a visit to a stroke survivor learning to sit and transfer, or to a father in the first weeks after knee replacement. A single published figure would be either too high for some cases or misleading for others. So we chose transparency about how we price rather than a general number that may not apply to you. For the factors that drive prices across the Kuwaiti market in general, read how much home physiotherapy costs in Kuwait.

How we build your quote, step by step

1. We listen to the case first

We ask for the basics: the problem or diagnosis, whether there was surgery and when, the patient's age, current mobility and your area. If you have reports or doctor's instructions, you can photograph and send them in the same chat.

2. We decide the right type of visit

Should it start with an assessment followed by treatment sessions? Does the case need a therapist experienced in neurological, post-surgical or women's health conditions? Would you prefer a female therapist? These answers set the arrangement.

3. We give an initial estimate of sessions

The final number can't be fixed before the assessment, but based on the condition we give you an initial picture and explain that the plan is reviewed after assessment and re-testing — you may need fewer or more sessions depending on response.

4. We send you a clear quote

It covers what applies to your case: type of visit, approximate session length, single-session and multi-session options, the nearest available slot and what to prepare. Ask about anything before confirming.

5. You confirm when you're comfortable

Enquiring doesn't commit you. When you decide, we fix the appointment and send the details. For the full booking steps see booking home physiotherapy in Kuwait.

  • Treatment tailored to the case: therapeutic exercise, functional training for walking, transfers and stairs, and manual techniques or aids as appropriate.

Where we provide the service

We provide home physiotherapy across Kuwait's areas. You can browse governorate pages such as Hawalli Governorate, Farwaniya Governorate, Ahmadi Governorate and the Capital Governorate. When you request a quote, mention your exact area so we can confirm availability there.

Combining physiotherapy and home nursing

Some patients — particularly after hospital discharge or when bed-bound — need both. In that case we explain what each service provides and how they're coordinated, in one clear quote. Read about our integrated physiotherapy and nursing plan.

Our commitments on cost

  • We don't ask for a decision before you know what the service includes.
  • We don't propose a large number of sessions without a basis in assessment.
  • We'll tell you honestly if a clinic, hospital or doctor is the better first step.
  • We review the plan as progress is made and may suggest fewer sessions once the patient can continue more independently.
  • We don't promise guaranteed results, but we commit to clear goals and honest measurement.

When we'd advise something other than home sessions

Part of being transparent about cost is saying when a home visit isn't the best investment. If the patient moves around easily and needs equipment that isn't available at home, a clinic may suit them. If there are signs that need medical review or imaging first, we'll advise seeing a doctor before starting. If intensive daily rehabilitation is needed for a period, an inpatient rehab centre may be more appropriate at that stage. See home vs clinic physiotherapy.

Questions we hear before booking

"Does asking commit me to anything?"

No. Send the case, ask what you like, and decide once things are clear.

"Can the quote change after the assessment?"

The suggested number of sessions may change once the therapist has seen the patient. If so, we explain why and agree with you before anything changes.

"What if I improve quickly?"

That's the best outcome. We adjust the plan, reduce sessions or move to a home programme with occasional follow-up.

Help us give you an accurate quote

  • The diagnosis or operation and its date.
  • What the patient can and can't do right now.
  • A photo of the report or doctor's instructions.
  • Your area and convenient times.
  • Whether you'd prefer a female therapist.
Example message: Hello, my mother is 72 and had a hip replacement ten days ago. She walks with a walker indoors with difficulty. We live in ... and would prefer a female therapist in the mornings. Could you tell us the options and price?

After you book

  1. We confirm the appointment, service and visit type on WhatsApp.
  2. We remind you what to prepare: reports, medication list, comfortable clothing and a suitable space.
  3. The therapist arrives, assesses, then starts treatment according to the plan.
  4. After the first session you'll know the goals and initial session estimate, and we agree the next appointments.

Why a case-based quote can save you money

A flat advertised price looks simpler, but it can push you towards buying more than you need, or hide the fact that the advertised session is shorter than your condition requires. A case-based quote starts with the right question: what does this patient need to reach their goals? That way you pay for a plan with targets and measurement, not an open-ended run of sessions. Clarity at the start also prevents misunderstandings later and builds trust between family and therapist from the first day.

In short

At Bidaya Center there's no general number that might not apply to you — instead, a quote built on your situation after one short message; full clarity on visit type, length, who will come and the options before you confirm; and a plan with goals and measures that is reviewed as progress is made, with fewer sessions once the patient can carry on more independently. If that approach suits you, your first step is a single WhatsApp message.

Before booking: when to call 112 or see a doctor first

  • Chest pain or breathlessness.
  • A painful, warm, swollen leg after surgery or long bed rest.
  • Fever with redness or discharge from a surgical wound.
  • Back pain with leg weakness or loss of bladder or bowel control.
