How to use this page
These are the questions families ask most often before arranging a home visit, grouped by theme: area and coverage, timing, building access, the service itself, cost, recurring programmes, expatriate households and privacy. Scan for the group you need, or message us if your question is not here. For the deeper explanations see how our visit coverage works and the coverage terms.
Area and coverage
How do I find out whether my area is covered?
Send the area and block and we confirm against the schedule. The areas page lists governorates and districts shown on the site, but the final confirmation is made per request.
Do you cover all of Kuwait?
The site shows the six governorates and many districts within them. Being listed is a good sign that the team works there, but availability varies by day and time, so we confirm each request.
My area is far out. Does that mean you will not come?
Not necessarily. We may offer particular days when visits in that area are grouped, or a specific part of the day. Tell us how flexible you are.
Does coverage change in summer or Ramadan?
Preferred and available times can change. Some families prefer evenings in summer, and Ramadan changes daily routines. Tell us what suits you and we will fit it to the schedule.
Can visits take place at a temporary address, such as a chalet or a relative’s home?
Yes. Say it is temporary and how long you will be there so we plan a programme to match.
Can I request visits at two different addresses?
It can be considered. Give both addresses with the days for each and we will see whether one plan can serve both.
Timing
Can you promise an exact arrival time?
We give a window and tell you if it changes. Traffic and the length of the previous visit can affect arrival.
What time should I ask for?
Choose when the patient is comfortable and a companion can be present. Offering two or three windows improves your chances of a match.
Are weekend visits possible?
You can ask in the enquiry. Confirmation depends on the schedule in your area at that time.
How long will you take to reply?
We do not quote a fixed time because it depends on the schedule and volume of enquiries, but we do not leave enquiries unanswered. A short reminder is welcome.
Can an urgent case be moved earlier?
State the reason clearly, for example a recent discharge from hospital, and we look for the earliest opening. A genuine emergency belongs in a hospital.
Could the therapist arrive late?
It can happen because of traffic or an earlier visit that ran long. We tell you when something affects the time.
Ask directly and we will answer for your area and situation.
Building access and the place
What if my building requires a visitor permit?
Tell the guard or management the visitor’s name and time in advance, and mention it in your enquiry so no time is lost.
Do I need special equipment at home?
No. A reasonable space, good light and a stable surface are enough. The guide to preparing the room has the detail.
My building has no lift. Does that matter?
Please mention it. It affects access, carrying equipment and sometimes the patient’s plan.
Does an adult need to be home during the visit?
We recommend it, especially for older patients and children. If that is not possible, tell us in advance.
What if there is a pet?
Mention it, and keep it out of the session room if possible to avoid distraction or accidents.
The service and the condition
I do not know whether I need physiotherapy or nursing. What should I write?
Describe the condition in a sentence and what the patient needs help with each day. We guide you to the right service, and may suggest an assessment first.
Should I send a medical report?
It helps if it is ready, but do not delay your enquiry waiting for it.
Do nursing services need medical instructions?
For many procedures, yes, so we ask for written instructions when they apply.
Can I choose a male or female professional?
You can state a preference and we confirm it against availability before booking.
Can you treat two people in the same home?
It can be considered. Say there are two patients, and we see whether sessions can be combined or scheduled one after the other.
Does the first physiotherapy visit start with an assessment?
Usually. The first visit is often for assessment and planning, after which treatment begins as agreed.
Cost
How much does a visit cost?
We do not publish fixed figures on this page. Cost depends on the service, length and number of sessions, the area and any package, and is made clear before you confirm.
Does cost vary by area?
It can be affected by distance and route, and any such effect is shown in the offer. Ask about the total, not only the price per session.
Is the enquiry itself charged?
No. It is free and non-binding.
Do I pay in advance?
Payment details are explained at booking. We do not advise paying anything until the full offer is clear.
Recurring programmes
Will the same therapist come each time?
We aim for continuity where possible, though the professional may change depending on the route and schedule.
What if I want more sessions a week?
We look for another day on your route. If none exists we suggest alternatives or exercises between visits.
What if I need to pause?
Tell us early. Details of postponing and cancelling are explained at booking.
Do I need to commit long-term from the start?
It depends on the condition and service, and is explained before confirmation. Please do not commit until you understand the details.
Expatriate households
I do not speak Arabic fluently. Can I write in English?
Yes. You can write in English, and most pages on the site have an English version. Mention your preferred language in your message.
I live in shared staff or company accommodation. Is a visit possible?
That can be considered depending on the housing rules. Tell us whether visitors are allowed and who handles entry.
Can I enquire for parents who live in another country?
Visits are for addresses inside Kuwait. If your relative is in Kuwait, send their address and the contact of the person who will be there; if you are abroad, say so.
Will the therapist speak my language?
We ask for your preferred language and try to match it, but we cannot promise a specific language before confirming availability.
Companions and privacy
Can family members attend the session?
One or two companions who will learn the exercises are welcome. A large group may reduce space and comfort for the patient.
May I film the session?
Ask the therapist first. It can help you remember an exercise, but the patient’s privacy and wishes come first.
Who sees the patient’s information?
It is used to decide and deliver the service. We do not ask for ID or financial documents at the enquiry stage.
After the appointment is confirmed
What should I prepare on the day?
The room, medicines, available reports, someone to receive the visitor and, where needed, a word to the building guard.
What if the patient is too tired on the day?
Tell us immediately and we will rearrange. If the tiredness looks like a warning sign, speak to the doctor before continuing.
How do I change my address after confirming?
Send the new address as soon as possible. The route and window may change and we will tell you what is available.
Questions we do not answer with figures here
You will notice some answers say "explained at booking". That is deliberate. Final cost, rescheduling rules and package details vary by service and programme, and we would rather give you the complete offer in writing than print a number here that may mislead. If you want to compare our offer with someone else's, ask for the total, the session length, the number of sessions, and what the price includes. Those four questions reveal the real difference between offers more than any single figure. You can also use the guide questions to ask before booking home healthcare.
Nor can an FAQ page decide whether a home visit suits a specific patient. That depends on the condition and sometimes on an in-person assessment, so we ask you to describe the patient in a sentence and we will either suggest what fits or advise seeing a doctor first.
Call 112 or go to hospital immediately if
- Sudden stroke signs appear: weakness on one side, facial droop or slurred speech.
- There is severe chest pain, worsening breathlessness or loss of consciousness.
- There is bleeding that will not stop, a fall with severe pain or suspected fracture, or a head injury.
- These answers are for planning ordinary visits and do not replace emergency care or medical assessment.
If this did not answer your question
Read how to enquire about coverage, then message your question directly or open the coverage enquiry page to prepare your message. If you are looking for the services themselves, start with home physiotherapist in Kuwait or home nurse in Kuwait.
One clear question is enough to begin.

You can state the preference and we confirm availability.
